At Thrive, we’re more than a team—we’re family. That’s why we created the Thrive Family Fund, an employee-led nonprofit that supports team members in crisis.
Built by us, for us, the fund has already given over $1 million since 2016 to help teammates facing emergencies—from moving from homelessness into safe housing to escaping unsafe situations or bridging financial gaps during natural disasters.
Every contribution matters. By donating a small amount each paycheck, you help keep this vital support system strong.
Joining is easy:
- Log in to ADP Workforce Now or the ADP Mobile app
- Go to Myself > Benefits > Enrollments > Year-Round Enrollment tile
- Select Family Fund Enrollment Change to start or adjust your contribution
anytime.
