Open Enrollment 2027

What you need to know

Open Enrollment: November 4 – November 17

Your benefits won’t automatically carry over to 2027!

Open Enrollment is an active enrollment, which means you must log in to ADP between November 4 and November 17 and make your benefit elections for 2027. If you don’t take action during this window, your current elections will not carry over, and you may lose your coverage for the new year.

Exciting changes are coming in 2027! Take time to review your options and choose the benefits that best fit you and your family.

Ready to enroll? Log in to ADP during Open Enrollment to review your options and submit your elections before November 17.

What’s New in 2027

Two Medical Plans. One Simpler Choice.

We’re simplifying our medical benefits from four plan options to two:

BCBS Coupe Health (PPO Copay Plan) – Healthcare made simple: no deductibles, no coinsurance, and upfront pricing so you know what to expect. Shop online to compare costs and find quality care at a price that works for you.

BCBS $3500 High Deductible Health Plan (Qualified HSA Plan) – Our high-deductible health plan option, which can be paired with an HSA.

The Gold PPO and Bronze HDHP will no longer be offered in 2027. If you are currently enrolled in either plan, you’ll need to select a new medical plan during Open Enrollment.

Explore the Medical Plan page to learn more about your options.

One Card, Both Benefits

In 2027, your BCBS ID card will also include your Ventegra prescription information! That means one card for both your medical and prescription coverage-one less thing to keep track of.

401(k) Match Is Going Biweekly

Great news for eligible team members! Beginning in 2027, Thrive’s employer 401(k) match will be contributed throughout the year with your biweekly payroll, rather than waiting for an annual contribution.

New FSA & HSA Limits for 2027

The IRS has increased the amount you can contribute to your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) for 2027. Review the new limits as you decide how much you’d like to set aside for the year.
