Effective Plan Dates: Jan 1, 2026 — Dec 31, 2026

Time off is important. It helps you care for yourself and others, gives you a chance to recharge, and helps you reconnect with friends and family.

We recognize that time-off helps you be your best self in life and at work, we encourage you to take time-off.

Paid time off (PTO) benefits apply to all Team Members.

PTO is used for all requested time away from work, including vacation, sick, and personal days.

Sick pay will be administered as required by state/local law.

Please refer to the following tables to determine your PTO eligibility.

When reviewing, please note that PTO hours do not count as working hours. Only actual hours worked within a workweek will be considered in overtime calculations, not PTO or holiday hours.

Leave of Absence

It’s important that you have the flexibility to take care of yourself, your family, and your personal growth when the need arises—especially when that requires time away from work. Thrive is committed to making it easy for you to take the time you need to focus on what matters most in your life, whether that’s serving on a jury, grieving a loved one, welcoming a new baby, having surgery to support your health, or pursuing educational opportunities.

The information below outlines Thrive’s leave of absence policies, including common types of leave and important details to help you understand your options.

The following are some examples of common leaves and whether they are likely to be approved or not. (See PDF below about LOAs at Thrive for more information.)
